Overview
This one is the original (the US version is based on it).
Four women make their way through life with a number of scandalous relationships. Katie is a doctor whose fling with a terminally ill patient has lasting repercussions; Trudi is a 9/11 widow with two children, who believes her husband may still be alive; Jessica, an events organiser, is single and playing the field; and Siobhan, a barrister, finds her infertility issues have her turning to men other than her husband.
Queer Plotline Timeline
In series 1, Jessica falls for a lesbian, Alex, whose wedding she’s planning. Whoops. They break it off because Jessica doesn’t want Alex to cheat on her wife. After that, Jess is apparently straight again.
