Overview

In 1996, a team of New Jersey high school soccer players flew to Seattle for a national tournament. While over Canada, the plane crashed deep in the wilderness and the remaining team members were left to survive for 19 months.

Yellowjackets tells the story of the girls who survived the plane crash deep in the Ontario wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to warring, cannibalistic clans, while also tracking the lives the surviving women have attempted to piece their lives back together 25 years later.

Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher and Sammi Hanratty star as the teenagers, while Melanie Lynskey, Tawny Cypress, Christina Ricci and Juliette Lewis portray their adult counterparts as they reveal the truth about their survival.
