An American actress who has appeared in many independent films, including four shown at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
Melonie was raised on New York’s Lower East Side. She was bitten by the acting bug while attending the Henry Street Settlement. Melonie was also a student at the Professional Performing Arts High School. Her parents are of Puerto Rican descent.
