Overview

Broad City follows Ilana and Abbi, two Jewish American women in their twenties, who experience misadventures of carelessness and frivolity in New York City. Ilana seeks to avoid working as much as possible while pursuing her relentless hedonism, and Abbi tries to make a career as an illustrator, often getting sidetracked into Ilana’s schemes.

Ilana is bisexual from day one, but Abbi doesn’t discover her bisexuality until season five when she asks a woman out.

Season 2, Episode 9 “Coat Check” – Ilana explores a new romance that feels oddly familiar. Translation: She sleeps with her doppelgänger.
Season 5 Episode 5 “Artsy Fartsy” – After falling on her face, Abbi winds up in the ER and hits if off with her ER doc, Leslie (played by Clea Duvall). The two of them hit it off and Abbi asks her out.
