The Deuce

Overview

The Deuce is set in and around Times Square, New York in the early 1970s and later the mid-80s and tells the story of the legalization and ensuing rise of the porn industry in New York. The show was created and written David Simon and George Pelecanos who also created The Wire.

Queer Plotline Timeline

In Season 1 episode 4 you learn sex workers, Barbara and Melissa are in a relationship.

In Season 2 Episode 1 we are introduced to Irene, one of the managers at the Show Land Sex Emporium played by Roberta Colindrez. She has a crush on Shay, one of the dancers who work there.

In Season 3 Abby meets a street artist named Pilar, and they start dating.
