Overview

Hospital Central is a Spanish television series that follows the professional and personal lives of the staff of the fictitious Hospital Central in Madrid.

The love story of Maca and Esther was convoluted at best, mostly because each actress got pregnant. Maca’s had her written out for a couple months, while Esther’s two turned into plot points. They got together, broke up, and in the end Maca overcame her fear of flying and ran off to Buenos Aries to be with Esther and the kids.
