Last week, ClexaCon announced that Chantal Thuy will be a guest at this year’s convention and we were all holding our breath for the other half of ThunderGrace. Thankfully, we got her!
Marvel’s Runaways
I hope everyone has enjoyed a week of bliss with 12 new episodes of Runaways to binge. Additionally, we’ve continued to get great Deanoru media coverage as well! We’ve got Christmas-themed Deanoru:

And Lyrica has talked about the Karolina/Nico relationship in new interviews. She visited the Build Series for a half hour long interview session, but here’s my favorite moment:

I feel like after her sister passed, all Nico has known was darkness. She was alone, she was isolated, she didn’t have anybody to lean on, and when she reconnected with Karolina, she finally saw the light again. That is what Karolina is to Nico — she’s the light of Nico’s life, and as well as for Karolina, Nico guides her through the darkness. I think that’s why they make such a powerful dynamic. To Nico, Karolina is her only light now, especially with everything that’s been happening, so she really wants to make things work with her.
On a non-Deanoru topic (shocking, I know), Ariela Barer continues to be the best. I already love Gert but Ariela, who identifies as queer, continues to push that Gert may not identify as straight.
I’m also very much here for the Janet/Tina ship. Looks like Brittany Ishibashi is too!
